Stand up to the media Frank

I do not usually post after 6pm on a Friday as I like my weekends very much but I felt that Frank Lampard standing up to the bile that is the UK media deserves a standing ovation. How anyone can believe their lies is beyond me but for genuine, decent people to wake up and see horrible things written about them every morning must really push them to cracking point and the more people (yes, “celebrities” are actually people) that simply refuse to put up with their shit the better.
