Two folky gig announcements for Dublin : The Unthanks and Nick Lowe

The Unthanks bring their cloggy Northumberland loveliness to Whelan's this Christmas.
The twist is that Becky and Rachel (Unthank) will be singing tunes from the repertoire of both Robert Wyatt and Antony & The Johnsons with both Ant and Bob seemingly rather content with the idea :

"I am flattered and mystified! Their voices are so pure." Antony Hegarty

"I love the idea. It makes me happy just thinking about it." Robert Wyatt

Tickets are priced at €25.90 and will be available from the usual suspects come Friday 10th September. The show itself takes place on December 13th.
