Jonathan Wilson added as support for Tom Petty
Gentle Spirit is one of those records that – if I could turn back time – I would make sure to include on that list. Well those who know me are fully aware I struggle with tying my laces so the invention of a time machine is unlikely but I do have the opportunity to catch the creator of “that” album when Jonathan Wilson rolls into town with the original heartbreak himself.
June will see Tom Petty tour Europe including a couple of Irish dates complete with Mr. Wilson in tow. A more intimate venue would have been my preference for the L.A.-born songsmith but beggars cannot be choosers. Apparently.
