Has anyone seen my socks as I can’t find them anywhere due to Sharon Van Etten knocking them clean off last night?

The brilliant Brooklyn-based songwriter unleashed an electrifying e-bow-assisted performance of ‘Serpents’ on Later with Jools Holland last night, an appearance surely set to raise the talented tale-spinner’s profile up a notch or two. An extended pre-recorded edition of Later with Jools Holland will air on Friday which will provide another opportunity to catch SVE on screen. For those who are yet to pick up a copy of Tramp, one of the best records released in this calendar year, do so very very quickly. Until then, check out the video below of last night’s performance.
