Wish Granted for Leesiders…

The inimitable John Grant returns to Cork in the new year with a date confirmed for the Queen of Denmark maestro for Cork Opera House on 6th March 2014. Tickets for the former Czars frontman, who also plays Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on 3rd March, disappeared faster than a Marks & Spencer cookie at lunchtime when he played Cyprus Avenue last time out but this is quite a jump in attendance for the bearded one. Either way, I know what I’ll be expecting in my Christmas stocking come December.
