Spooky single from newly formed Cork supergroup…
For quite some time I(and many other Cork gig-goers)’ve been waxing lyrical about Grave Lanterns, a “4 piece garage dust from an 8-track mind”, most recently back in July following a soaring, surprisingly sun-soaked show in Macroom (click here for a recap). At that stage there were only a couple of demos floating about but the Leeside four have made ‘Creepin’ Up On You’ their ghoulishly fun, wurlitzer-of-a-ride first official single available as a free download just in time for their Halloween show in The Pavilion, Cork on 31st October.
To help folks find their fiendish side, anyone who turns up kitted out in full zombie dress will receive free admission. Free music and free gigs, it’s all good. Or should I say it’s all ghoul-d. I shouldn’t so I won’t. Download ‘Creepin’ Up On You’ over on Bandcamp or Soundcloud.
