Clonakility celebrates a
diverse, creative community with four days of live music, spoken word, poetry,
art and interactive workshops, flower clubs, talks on trains, ceramic
workshops, open mic evenings, exhibitions and much more. Hosted by the many
colourful cafes and bustling businesses, such as the legendary De Barra’s pub,
which make Clon such an idyllic location for the artistically inclined. For the

FILM – Triskel screens Purple Rain (19th-22nd June, Triskel Christchurch) 
It’s been a bad year for
losing good people but the sudden loss of Prince at his Paisley Park home in
April sent shockwaves throughout the world. Leaving us a catalogue of work to
remember him by, Prince defined what it meant to be a true auteur. Experience
the purple one’s celluloid classic – 
featuring the sixth best-selling soundtrack album of all time – within
the hallowed halls of the Triskel’s Christchurch with special screenings in June.
