Anna Mitchell guests on SomeRiseSomeFall’s latest release, Funny Time of Year

Funny Time of Year is the latest release from Cork collective SomeRiseSomeFall. Featuring Anna Mitchell on vocals, the cover version will feature on the group’s début album, No Simple Highway, upon release on 26th February. Produced by Brian Casey at Wavefield recording studios, the original song was written by Beth Gibbons (Portishead) with Talk Talk’s Paul Webb and released in 2002 on the album Out of Season. All proceeds from the reinterpretation will go towards Cork Simon.
