Jana Horn to play Dún Laoghaire Folk Festival
Jana Horn joins a magnificent triple-bill of songwriters at the Dún Laoghaire Folk Festival this weekend. Earlier this year, the Texas musician released the critically acclaimed Optimism on No Quarter Records, also home to Joan Shelley and Cian Nugent.

A subtle wonder and Horn’s début record, Optimism looks set to adorn many an end-of-year list. With fellow Texans Knife In The Water acting as the backing band, the ten tracks were laid down in 2018 and originally released independently before being picked up by No Quarter Records. The songwriter has been touring Europe in late Summer with an eye-catching End of the Road festival appearance a stand-out in September already.
