Elastic Sleep, Adrian Crowley, Nanu Nanu and more…
Stand out shows on Leeside this weekend are Dublin-based songsmith Adrian Crowley in Christchurch (Friday) and local shoegazers Elastic Sleep who launch their first official single, an ethereal cover of ‘You Only Live Twice’ in The Pavilion on Saturday. The latter will also make a brief appearance in Cyprus Avenue on Wednesday evening as part of the latest UCC Live Music Society outing which also features Irish rockers The Minutes. For something a little harder, check out Bradley’s of Barrack Street who are booming with gigs this weekend including Rumble on Barrack Street #6 featuring Gene & The Pools, The Careers and more.
For something a little cosier earlier in the week, Mancunian experimental guitarist Jon Collin pops into Gulpd Café on Wednesday evening.
